课程将帮助感兴趣的成人成为一名合格的蒙台梭利6-12阶段的主教老师。

Allyn S. Travis

Allyn在密歇根州立大学获取英语学士学位，在美国马里兰州的洛约拉大学获取教育学硕士学位。她拥有国际蒙台梭利协会（AMI）的6-12阶段的教师资格证书以及3-6阶段的教师资格证书，并拥有超过三十年的针对儿童和成人的蒙台梭利教学经验。

Allyn是密尔沃基蒙台梭利研究院的全职管理者和培训主任。她是AMI的小学教师培训师、主考官和学校顾问，是AMI培训委员会的成员，负责培训新的AMI教师培训师，她也曾是AMI /美国董事会的主席。

Allyn has a Bachelor's Degree in English from Michigan State University and a Master's Degree in Education from Loyola College in Maryland. She also holds both Primary and Elementary Diplomas from the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) and has over thirty years of experience in Montessori teaching both children and adults.

Ms. Travis is the full time Administrator and Director of Training at the Montessori Institute of Milwaukee. She is an AMI Elementary Teacher-Trainer, examiner, and school consultant, a member of AMI's Training Group, responsible for the training of new AMI teacher trainers and a past chair of the AMI/USA board.

Andrea Fleener 

Andrea拥有AMI3-6阶段的教师资格证书和AMI6-12阶段教师资格证书。她毕业于堪萨斯大学，拥有日耳曼语言文学学士学位；她拥有AMI 3-6和6-12阶段的教师资格证书；及美国马里兰州洛约拉大学的蒙台梭利教育学硕士学位。

Andrea在6-9以及9-12的蒙台梭利小学教室积累了丰富的教学经验；Andrea也曾为威斯康星州和明尼苏达州的公立蒙特梭利小学教师做过培训与指导工作。Andrea曾在威斯康星州和明尼苏达州的蒙台梭利学校工作过，目前正在密尔沃基的培训中心工作并将到AMI中国培训中心来工作。

Andrea holds AMI diplomas at both the Primary and Elementary levels, a B.A. in Germanic Languages and Literatures from the University of Kansas and a M.Ed. in Montessori Education from Loyola University in Maryland.

Andrea has teaching experience at the 6-9 and 9-12 levels. She has served on various Montessori task forces and is a past chair of the AMI-EAA board of directors. Andrea has worked with the staffs of public Montessori schools in both Wisconsin and Minnesota and is currently working with AMI training centers in China as well as in Milwaukee.

Rebecca Dallam

Rebecca是澳大利亚蒙台梭利研究中心6-12阶段的培训主任。她拥有AMI 3-6阶段（1987获得证书）和6-12阶段（1996获得证书）的教师资格证，她拥有天普大学的英国文学学士学位和美国马里兰州的洛约拉大学的教育硕士学位。Rebecca在1998年移民到澳大利亚前，曾在美国的蒙台梭利公共教育工作过。从那时起，她一直致力于把AMI 6-12的培训带到澳大利亚，让更多的孩子受益于蒙台梭利的人类发展方法。Rebecca曾在悉尼地区的学校当过6-9阶段和9-12阶段的老师。 她目前指导卡美拉果蒙台梭利学校的6-9阶段的班级。Rebecca曾与澳大利亚、新西兰和泰国的教师合作，并在日本担任过课程考官。

Rebecca Dallam is the Director of Elementary Training at the Australian Centre for Montessori Studies. She holds the AMI 3-6 (1987) and 6-12 (1996) diplomas, a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Temple University and a master’s degree in education from Loyola University. Rebecca worked in Montessori public education in the U.S. before emigrating to Australia in 1998. Since then she has worked to bring AMI 6-12 training to Australia so that more children can benefit from the Montessori approach to human development. Rebecca has taught at both the 6-9 and 9-12 levels in Sydney-area schools, and currently directs a 6-9 classroom at Cameragal Montessori School. Rebecca has worked with teachers in Australia, New Zealand and Thailand and has served as a course examiner in Japan.
